Antaran portal doesnt work

My fleet has been sitting at my completed Antarn Portal for over 10 turns now but it wont let me travel to Antares, does anyone have any ideas how to make it work?

Is this by any chance a game that you have already won another way? Or that an AI race has won? That disables the Antaran victory condition, which means that portals no longer work..

Other than that, it should work like a wormhole. Go to the center and hit the swirly icon.

Other possibility is a bug. I have noticed that the Antaran programming has changed recently; this may have done something odd to the portals. If you still can't get the portal to work, report it to the devs as a bug.

Ah, yeah i won it ages ago but chose to continue, assumed that as i could still attach the other races i could also still attack Antares. Thanks for the tip.
