Trouble with DLC

Hey everyone ever since the last update I've been having trouble with the DLC's. I own all 3 DLC however when I go to start a new game none are recognized even though I've installed all of them. This issue only began after the last steam and windows updates in the race select screen the portraits are grayed out as though I had never bought them.

If you look you game properties and DLC tab, does it show that they are installed?

Just acquired the game, and it is running fine for me. But I have one question. I want to have access to all races, including the Terran Khanate, which means I have to buy the Collector's Edition. In order to play the full game (after I buy the DLC's), am I need to run the Collector's Edition one? The vanilla game I bought is not the same that comes with this edition? Or if I buy the edition it will enable the Terran Khanate in the vanilla game?

I could be wrong, but if i remember correctly, the collectors edition only included the terran during early access. I don't think it includes the terran khanate anymore

If you have the Terran DLC it should show up in the DLC list.

I read that you can upgrade your vanilla game in order to have the Terran Khanate buy purchasing the Collector's Edition. The Terran Khanate is shown as an option when I start a new game (locked for the moment), so I guess you still can unlock them in the future, by the purchase of the Collector's Edition. I do not own any of the DLC's; I just want to figure out how the Collector's Edition works (by now I can say that is like a DLC, for it gives you the three previous games, the soundtrack of Master Of Orion: Conquer The Stars, a digital artbook and the Terran Khanate. Since there are no mention to the latest game in the package, I think you need to buy the fourth game as well; like I said the package works like a DLC).

I honestly wouldn't know, since i got the collectors edition a few months into early access. I just remember seeing the terran being listed as a early access limited race that came with the collector edition at the time

At the shop site, when you click on packet information for the collectors edition upgrade, there is a picture, which things are included.
On the right side of the picture you see new race terran khanate.
The terran khanate should be included from what i see, the symbols are tiny.

But i dont know 100%, i have terran khanate because i buyed it in early access phase 1

You are sure you own the DLC race pack? It not inculded with the collectors edition and for some reason it classed as DLC in the steam store and so is only buyable from the MoO store page.

Someone please help me. I purchased the collector edition of MoO. Steam says the DLC came with my purchase but the game isn't agreeing. I read here that somehow I may have to purchase the DLC from "the MoO store page". So, where is that? anyone know?

The collector's edition unless they changed it does not come with the DLC Race pack. It comes with the first 3 games, an artbook, and one race the Terrans.

Indeed, I had no DLC and bought them last month. You have the buy the collector edition to unlock the Terran race, and an other DLC to get the Elerian+Gnolam+Trilarian races unlocked.
I confirm the collector edition still contains the Terran race.
