Can't confirm Leader upgrades

New to the patch, you can assign them to planets or ships, but when they level up, the Confirm button is greyed out. I've been lucky enough to have the button come on at a random moment, but the last time I couldn't get it to work at all, and was forced to quit the game.

you must choose WHICH ability of the leader should be upgraded.
then you can apply

Was a bit confusing at first when there was only one option to 'choose' from.

Just was having a mutliplayer game where one of the others was "my game's jammed up" so I saved and restarted, players connected, and he was like "nope, still jammed".

Turns out he was at a leader upgrade screen and didn't see that you still had to select the sole option. :)

Its a bit small and hard to see sometimes. Maybe some kind of incidator or a small message like "select which one to upgarde" above would be helpful. Or let the radio buttons blink a few times. :)
