I get to the main menu then the mouse wants to rush to the top of the screen. If I pull the mouse down it immediately rushes back to the top. I have two monitors, not sure if that is causing the issue or not.

It's been discussed before, and I would necro a thread to discuss a theory about it if I wasn't sure it would get locked. This game seems to have more trouble than most TB 4X games processing actions for the next turn. There seems to be no shortage of other inefficiencies, so perhaps it's not surprising.
