So about running?
Checking the guide from Aaron M: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L0e7Z5EJzkU I've noticed he can run on his speedruns (white smoke coming out of his feet). Now pushing RT or M does nothing when I play and I don't understand why this happens.

Is is that you could run before but somehow developers decided to remove running from the game? or do you gain the ability to run once you finish the game?

Therefore, if anyone has confirmed the answer, I'd appreciated if you shared it so that gamers know wwhat to expect with this game.

Thank you.

Do you actually see any changes in speed? I don't. And isn't the smoke always there?

I don't remember any run button/functionality. Do you just have smoke disabled or something?

Hello @BlackXpirit,

Answering your questions I do notice speed differences between Aaron M and mine. Even though I follow his exact same path he always seems to reach places faster and I've noticed it in many levels so I don't think it's an isolated incident or a miscalculation.

As for the smoke, there's none now and the buttons are the ones stated on Chameleon mode. Lastly, as far as I know, there is no option to enable/disable the smoke, at least none that's visible.

It is possible that developers took away the smoke making you run always, but as stated before, I still notice the speed differences that motivated this discussion.

There really is and was no running feature. I always have the same speed and always have the smoke coming out, just like on the video.

It's true that you cannot possibly have such good time records in the easy mode (a.k.a. normal) because all enemies are much slower so some speedrun paths become impossible, not to mention the obvious delays. Which may be the slowness that you perceive.

So I just completed the game and didn't see the white smoke most likely they took it off the last update. As for the speed difference I still think you could go faster before the update but the higuest speed you can go now is enough to finish all the challenges so not really a big deal.

By the way you get no rewards for finishing the game or the challenges, in case someone's wondering.
