Anyone find this treasure?

I think I've tried nearly everything I could but have no clue where this is hidden.
Here are some wacky theories I've come up with

1. It's just a really rare spawn, rarer than the Sheep Feather.

- Then it must be really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rare cause I think I've been there enough to see most of the stuff.

2. It's hidden like the Shrunken Head.

- At least the Shrunken Head node tells you that something is there. Haven't seen anything unusual yet.

3. There are multiple answers to the Djinn Riddle or there's a very low chance the Djinn will give it instead of the common reward.

- No luck here.

4. You need a specific level perk at a specific place.

- I've tried every high level perk with the exception of Lv5+ Athlete. Did find some extra choices along the way but no luck finding the treasure.


5. You require a specific character or a trait.

- Could be a possibility.


6. The devs forgot to implement it.

7. It's actually out there in plain sight but I'm too stupid to notice it.

- Yeah this could be the case.

I haven't seen it, but still wonder if it is granted by the Djinn on the map that gives Secrets/Discoveries/Treasures/Supplies+Resolve on a rare chance or unusual situation.

It has a treasure marker instead of the Multicolor pie chart I'd expect for a multichoice like it offers. I'm no longer a completionist like I was as a youngster so haven't searched too hard.

That one has Status/Research/Supplies/Encounter/Gold markers, no treasure chest.

Hmm. Well, it's worth keeping in mind that some treasures appear on spots that don't have the treasure-mark, like the Kris in Anagogic Archipelago. Which brings to mind another option - that it comes from finishing some particular Encounter with some particular Mood. Though usually, those are warned-of with the whole X-Dots-Skull marks system.

Someone else, but also not me. It's a very specific thing that is easy to miss and hard to find ourselves, so it can slip through easily. Same thing happened with Pedrinho's Sister in egypt.
