Any other games like this or Granny?
The title says it all. A horror game with randomly generated items, no way to kill the villain, and virtually no story. I love them. We need more.

The only game I can think of is Alien: Isolation. That does have a story and isn't randomly generated (it's more metroidvenian), but it is fantastic and the creature is mostly unpredictable. There is a DLC mode too similar to Monstrum where you have to keep leaving your safe space in order to run back and forth completing objectives. That too isn't randomly generated, but different routes do open and close depending on which stage you've reached.

Friday the 13th is pretty good. You can kill Jason but it takes a LOT of effort. Its a multiplayer online game where one person is Jason and has to kill the others before they find a way to escape

Tunnels of Despair is quite similiar, just with a bit of survival (hunger system).

'Sir you are being hunted'
Procedurally generated islands where you need to gather parts of a machine while being hunted by steampunk robots. It's not very polished unfortunately, buildings function like giant chests where you interact with the door and it opens an inventory for you to loot items. It's not terrible but the lack of polish means it doesn't engage your interest as much as it needs to.

'The Light Keeps us Safe'
Made by the same developers as SYABH. Unfortunately it's had a very rocky launch with many collision detection bugs which has upset fans. Hopefully the developers will patch things up because it has you surviving in a post-apocalyptic world against machines trying to wipe humanity out after covering the world with a storm that creates perpetual darkness.

'Light Bearers'
Cute little teddy bearers try to survive in a nightmarish multiplayer arena of Team-Tag against evil shadow creatures controlled by a player. Just like the school yard game, everyone who gets caught joins the monster's team and has to help capture their former allies. It's F2P but as with all multiplayer games that never advertised themselves the server's are largely empty despite the game being really fun. Something Monstrum 2 runs the risk of falling prey to.

I played the game on flat screen, it was great, how does it feel in VR, do you need steam version of it (no pirated)? Does the game feel just like a modded port or is interaction great like a first-designed vr game.

Often when flat games come to VR after, they are just quick n dirty done but if the interaction is cool and not awkward, and works with vr controllers than im up for it.

Granny sucks ass, play any horror game you can find besides the ones with Mixed or Negative reviews. Outlast is the only one with misleading reviews tbh, it is mostly positive but the game is just Jumpscare Simulator, same goes for Layers of Fear.

What games do u recommend than? Outlast i agree there's a lot of jumpscares but it is still a thrill when you need to run from somebody. Good story, great visuals, gameplay is good too. It's not a bad game, it's a great game maybe just not for u. Outlast 2 haven't touched yet.

Layers of fear 1 is amazing how much the details and enviremonts change subtle etc havent played 2 yet
