if none of that applied, we'll have to try something else. for instance, if i put the in-game res to something other than my native res (1920x1080), it becomes highly unstable. also i never cared about v-sync on win8, but when i moved on to 10/11, i had to turn it on - the game was trying to set my computer on fire with an insane fps. so the game is at that point where it's far enough away from being supported that we can get it to work with narrowly tailored settings for your system, but any deviation will throw it right off the rails. we just need to figure out what that combo is for you.
