why is the cop pushing me and constandly following me?

title i cant play at all got stuck in a corner of the map cop on me pushing me into the wall.....

Can't complete first sale

When I get to the customer to sell the star tablets, I click E to open the interface and it says he is expecting 0 star. No matter how many I give him, the Accept button does not light up so I can't click it and complete the sale.

Good game reminds me slightly of DDS with a twist having the other parts. looking forward to full game.
