The first time I played, a cutscene was shown after the logo and then the screen just stayed black. Now, I can never get past the logo. Has this happened to anyone else?

I'm trying to play for the first time. I was able to watch the intro, but then it asks me for my name. I enter it, but then it just says "Contacting Server..." and hangs. I'm not sure why I'd need to contact the server, but my Internet is super fast (~750mbps), so that shouldn't be a problem. Suggestions?...

I can't find any option to rebind the controls, it seems like there's just a bunch of preset control schemes all active at once. I can't stand any of them, and would like to be able to change the controls to something I can use. Is there a config file I can edit or something?...

I'm stuck at the "please enter your name screen" ... When I try to validate my name it just sits here "contacting the server", and nothing happens ... PS: If it matters, I'm playing the linux version of the game PPS: ok nevermind after 3~4 MINUTES it succefully passed this step, but now I'm stuck at the loading screen ... 30 minutes of loading later , still nothing...

Hiya Loving this game, but for the life of me I can't find where the collectable is on Stone Soldiers - Like a Feather (the last level before you get the credits.) I can't find any FAQs or pointers that help pinpoint it either, the videos I've seen don't appear to have this collectable either. Can anyone give me a clue? - Julie xxx (PS Ubuntu Linux 14.10.)...
