Does this game have any unlocks/bonuses for clearing all stages? Based on the achievements and the body part prices it didn't seem like the game intends for me to try, but I thought I'd ask here.

I can't seem to get the game to run smoothly, my pc is good enough for it but as soon as it goes past the menu the game slows down a lot. Really hoping for some graphics settings or settings menu in general or something or maybe some optimizations. I am not sure what exactly is causing it. The game is very fun though!...

Maybe i'm just rubbish, maybe i'm just old and my reflexes aren't what they used to be, but I just can't handle this. I'm struggling my way through world 2 after trudging my way through the first, and i just cannot deal with this any more. Every level is just a giant fustercluck of enemies swarming me everywhere i turn. I try to be sneaky, i get spotted and before i can retreat i'm pounced by a hundred different enemies and i'm dead before i can even take a step. I switch up and try a more tanky approach,...
