Title shoul say it all, I think that 10 workers is too few, if possible rise it to 20 or so, I don't have any problems paying them, but I love to have a huge production going, but for that I need more workers. Allso, I have been looking at the numbers, how I understood it, workers should lower their costs when they get a bed, problem is, they don't (still pay the same as when they where sleeping in their shacks)...
