Over the past few weeks, we’ve been carefully reading all the feedback you’ve shared about the game. Many of you pointed out something very specific: you’d like the characters to feel more realistic while also being more mysterious.

We got to work and made several adjustments to the lighting and overall visual treatment of the characters. We now have four different versions on the table, and we would love to hear your thoughts.

We’d really like to know which one you feel fits the tone of the game best.

The participation of Choose Cthulhu Files in the Steam Detective Festival has been a very positive experience for us. We are truly happy with the reception of the Playtest and the interest the game generated during the festival.

Due to this great response, we have decided to keep the Playtest open, so more players can try the game, explore the mystery, and experience it firsthand.

We are also receiving very valuable feedback, which is helping us understand what works best, what can be adjusted, and how to continue improving the overall experience. We are already reviewing your comments and taking note of suggestions for future updates.

We will keep working on the game and will inform you about improvements and changes as they become ready.
