Report a translation problem
a few bugs and short-falls that I hope to see implemented before release:
I gave up at trolley service. I couldn't open the 3rd drawer to serve chocolate.
It was hard to find the right spot to close doors.
The air-bridge is not complete with the skirting to the aircraft.
It wasn't clear on the difference between trolley and top drawer items
I'd like to see labels of what drawer I'm looking at
Add "handing out headphones"
Too many people without seat belts, upright chairs and tables
Add using devices prior to takeoff.
over head compartments check was too sparse.
check tickets on way in to EVERY passenger... annoying, but they do it, plus extra level of difficulty.
Where is the safety talk? mini-game / quick time event?
I couldn't fin the o2 tank or the megaphone quickly.... I nearly quit.
surely that's enough until next time. Honestly, take your time and make us feel sorry for the cabin crew. don't spare details because they work harder than we know!
- The clicking feels pixel-accurate sometimes, which doesn't feel particularly great here. Getting the snake into the trash was so tedious because of this.
- it took me way too long to notice you can store things under the coffee/tea pots.
- is it meant to be a crappy people experience? The ratio with people not adjusting windows, seatbelts, tables and window blinds is ashtonising.
- You can have doors open and nothing happens as long as you don't step out yourself.
- No particular score section for how carefully you do your tasks, I sometimes forgot to close the lockers above when landing and there was no issue/penalty.
Lots to improve, but the "core" idea here is great.
i agree some of the feedback provided already the core of the game is great.
i think there needs to be a score system either. i think one that grows with each task would be great.
Things that could be added in future updates
-i think you need to have a section on the trolley for trash instead of walking up and down the isle with a bin. but its an early build so that's fine for now.
- small details will matter for this game i think having sound clips of Hello,good morning,good afternoon etc as you walk past the gate agent could be included for more realistic feel.
- A progress bar for taxi would be great so you know how long you have to complete tasks before and after landing.
- Safety talk during the taxi would be great to include even if just us activating it.
- After Landing restock of bathroom supplies
- Mid flight bathroom checks and cleaning during flight
- amenities requests from passengers
- waking passengers up from sleep before landing
- Telling captain everything is OK and ready
- serving the pilots drink and food and making sure orders a different for both pilots
More tasks basically even doing the cross checks etc.
Things you have done well so far
- using flight system
- Coffee and tea prep
- Loading and unloading trolley before and after service
- escape slides worked
- i really like the idea of building your career
- having customers do random stuff before taxi making you go and fix them is good.
- people walking on with headphones is very realistic
i didn't experience any tech issues in my first flight. i will do another but i think its very smooth. Skipping taxi is great but im an aviation fan so i want to complete the flight fully from start to finish.
Having a companion who also does the same tasks at the same time and deducts points for errors they fix or speeding up the processes overall would be good to add a competitive edge and increase the desire to be effective and efficient. This could be tied into the players pace and awareness of the systems they have already used so as to not shun new players.
I've only played it twice and so I'm not sure how useful it is to say that the passenger with the mobile phone didn't seem to be easy to resolve and I dropped their phone only to hear it but not be able to pick it up again.
Same goes with the snake that came from the overhead storage. I had to eventually open the doors (Both of them) mid-flight and chuck it out there (As well as the trash as I didn't find the trash can on that occasion). Since everyone seemed comfortable with the doors being open I tried them a few times armed and unarmed. Got the chute to inflate and walked on it. Eventually smiled whilst I had teeth but was a bit more adult about the whole thing the second time around and only opened the door as we were coasting towards the gate.
I've yet to steal a passengers luggage. Knowing that I can't leave the airport to flog it off stopped me from trying out a third time but I liked the little easter eggs and can imagine that there will be more than a few of them in the main game proper (Adult stuff locked behind an old school quiz Al Lowe style I should hope).
I doubt this will be ready for Christmas but I hope to see it soon enough, I only looked this up as my niece is considering being an air steward when she is older and I thought this would be a nice gift :)
1. I would suggest adding the ability to move slower with Ctrl or something, right now the movement feels a little too fast when trying to just go from one customer to the next.
2. It says to use 1-4 to open the trays, but it didn't work for me.
3. At the end of the first flight my controls stopped working. I could move around but I couldn't look around at all. changing the mouse speed didn't help.
4. Maybe make it clearer that the way to take care of a noisy phone is throw it away.
The performance is absolutely atrocious even at medium settings, a RTX 3060 with 12GB VRAM is not enough for this potato graphics. Seriously?
Most importantly, the cover shows hot thigh-high stockings but in-game it's disgusting knee-highs instead, false advertisement!
