As far as I know, the game isn't available for any region. Some scenes relied on Flash, which is no longer supported by Adobe. Therefore the published requested that the game be removed from further sales.
For those who already have the game but do not have Flash installed, the part at the beginning where the game freezes can be worked around by removing the Flash animation *.flv file from the Vlad\video installation directory.
