I really love the aesthetic it's really beautiful but the lack of map in the demo make exploring felt tedious, I saw a tutorial text telling me to press (/input_map) to open the map but I tried pressing anything and nothing happened

I dont like jump mechanic, not user friendly.

Not personally into scanlines, distortions or blurriness, and I grew up playing Commodore 64 and Spectrum games (albeit Spectrum ports on the MSX).

I was a bit confused by how the jumping worked initially, but it made sense when I read it was inspired by Prince of Persia. I wish the different jumps have different animations, but I can understand adding a lot of new sprite art wouldn't be the easiest thing. I'm fine with how the jumping is, but I can see how some people would be turned off by it. I very much enjoyed my time with the demo. I even found a secret room which was pretty cool. And whoever is doing the music deserves a pay raise, I hope the soundtrack is going to be available upon launch. I did feel that the music could have been used more, as I found that there were a lot of sections I was traversing through which were just silent. It is one of the few demos I've played which left me clamouring for more. Well done....
