[Spoilers] Hidden areas
I was trying to speedrun the game when I accidentally burrowed my way below the number 16 room. Turns out you can go right while turning yellow to bounce and reach an area with the dev's logo and a few statues in it. That made me think "Is there any other area that I'm not aware of?"

I made a map of the game by stitching toghether screenshots to help me understand how to reach some numbers during my first playthrough. Let me know if anyone finds anything that isn't included.

I'm particularly intrigued by the platforms at the bottom of the map. Is there a way to reach the three that are most to the left? Why do they exist if there isn't.

The rightmost statue is from An Untitled Story, an old freeware metroidvania from the creator of Celeste which was a clear inspiration for this game's aesthetics. Don't have any more info than that, but it's very cute.

The left statue is probably a reference to Within a Deep Forest, a game with similar gameplay and vibe, where you play as a ball.

Have you tried going left in the room where you first turn yellow? Should be possible to fall up and explore some rooms up there.
edit: oh whoops this was from 6 months ago... might as well do it myself.

edit2: drat, doesn't work, you just drill back up.

It used to be possible. Here's a map made by someone before it was patched https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3268074985

Those statues are super cool. I thought this game reminded me of An Untitled Story. The cat looks familiar but I can't find anything that is a close enough match.

Looking around he mentions previously making a game inspired by another developer Takorii and he made a game that thanks this developer that features a cat https://tak.itch.io/meow
