Achievements not unlocking?

I know most well-adjusted people don't care about achievements, but I kind of like them. I notice that none of them are unlocking for me though. Is it a known bug with a fix, or is it just me?

Sometimes they pop up only when You visit Castle (to get the medals).
Other times it's total random.

i felt like it took me several hours to see the fisrt ones. I thought it was borked too.

The Crimson Heart and Lance of Gallia didn't unlock for me until I visited the Command room.

As others have pointed out, certain achievements don't unlock until you reach a certain point in the game After you save Cordelia Hime Also if stuck on finding all the weapons I found this short guide quite helpful finding all the aces and listing all royal weapons[www.gamefaqs.com]

A lot of the achievements are very end game, all skirmish, 1000 enemies, all profiles ect take a long time

all achievements are possible, it's just that you have to find the proper way

2 of them do not be unlocked unless you visit command room, otherwise return to result screen or return to book mode after complete their conditions to unlocks the achievements and receive an audience message to visit Audience hall later for in-game medals.
