Edit: Tried the mission again to recreate it, came up again, but it seems pressing W and D at once goes at just the right angle to go through it without a problem. O.o;
Probably is still possible to go up at 60hz, but after lots of tries (and frustration) did not manage to go up the ramp at 120hz, so this seems like a bug for abnormally high refresh rates.
Thanks for the solution Harukage.
- on the lower part of the ramp (before the piece that falls), go along the "left" side of the ramp ("away" from the Marmota).
- when you get to the piece that fell, move "towards" the Marmota to the "right" side of the ramp.
- continue up the ramp.
- kill or possibly ignore that Imperial dog!

Consistently works for me. Haven't tried at a full 144 FPS but even if I put Caution and Defense Boost on Alicia with Resist Crossfire triggered, I might be scared of the interception fire at that framerate (probably not really).
In fact, when i played at 60hz yesterday I finally figured out the route you draw was the only one that consistently worked. At 30fps you can go in a straight line and everything works as intended, but the game feels really choppy, even if it's only for a single mission.
Seems like collision in that point was implemented in a way that works bad with high refresh rates, and it reaches a point when its just humanly impossible to bypass that little annoying bug.
Many thanks for the info and explanation, I'm sure that will help some buds that do not want to play at 30fps
The video shows this strategy.

Holly man, never thought order can be so overpowered and used this way.
