There are no hidden achivements and every achivement has a clear description.
No trophies (Achievements) in the playstation versions, so there'd be no need for guides.
Check out the steam guides tab, it helps for some of the harder to get achievements, especially the old man at the graveyard guide.
Achievements are the same as medal in game. Looking for medal guide in PS3 is basically a same as looking for achievements guide.
Can be done faster if you know how to cheese the game
A while ago I saw that someone did 100% in only 3 days.
