Do I just get more skirmishes (and available upgrades) as I go through the story?
Yes you do and ofc the rewards get better with time.
Still the scout challenge gives you 60k exp and 120k money if you get an A.
It is REALLY easy to get an A with alicia if you beat it once and get the rifle there , which is awesome.
Yeap , wish we could get the selvaria weapon multiple times also.
Also normal Skirmish missions are rewarding enough personally. I beat the game with mostly A ranks on missions without resorting to using OP DLC weapons. Didn't even resort to Alicia super scout god mode. =D
Heck I didn't even use Royal Weapons because I know the usefulness of the Perks that other weapons have. Much prefer a T-MAG with 30-35 rounds vs a MAG20R for example.
In fact about the only royal weapons worth using are the sniper rifles and lances personally.
Oh boy, if thats hard for you, I can't wait to see your forum post when you get to chapter 7.
I mean its true but......... we all have our opinions on what system we use for gaming.
...
First , the level of sarcasm on his post is so damm high , that i cant possibly see how you didnt notice it.
Second , he never even mentioned a plataform.
His post is about how people are now calling the OP a "casual" just because he is having issues.
The entire difficulty of that chapter comes from not knowing which path the enemy will take. Even the so-called "spoiler" is heavily foreshadowed. Once you have all the facts it's a simple mission.
Actually, the bridge-taking mission was more tactically challenging.
