yep....im on chapter 7...i had three of them by then so i played them, beat them before playing chapter 7...they give you experience for the training fields and money to upgrade weapons and such.....they are the same maps you already beat.
dont know if the extra ones outside of the base game counts for experience and money in the base single player game though.
Some are , like those class challenges , some are outside and you must select EXTRA on the start menu before you even enter the main game.
The ones on the first skirmish page are not DLC. They are just the normal skirmish maps you unlock. The story DLC campaigns are under "EXTRAS" in the Main Menu when you start the game.
The DLC Challenge missions for each class are on the third page of the skirmish tab ingame.
They are available from the start.
i guess you didnt read my post correctly...exactly what i said in different words...base single player part has skirmish modes that when beat, add to your single player experience and gold....the skirmishes in the extras like the eddy one...dont know if that experience or gold helps the single player experience at all....now you understand what i wrote...lol
didnt think i had to spell it all out...haha
Well the class challenges do give exp and money that counts for you.
I dont know Edys extra DLC gives anything , but if you complete Behind her blue flame (maybe you need A on the missions , not sure) , you get an awesome weapon for you shockT on the main game.
When would it be spoiler save to play those? I'm at Chapter 11 now.
Grenades.
I think it's cheating unlocking some of the fancy toys you can get through the DLC. Definitely that 100 damage Rifle you get from Susie's challenge... if you don't care about "Range" it kills EVERYTHING. lol
People like me finished the game before DLC even existed. Some of the weapons are OP like Selvaria's Ruhm.. my god is that thing OP.
Should be more fun experiencing the game without DLC toys first time playing in short.
