Is there an option for Japanese language select?

This is a Japanese game so I am hoping it has that option. Can anyone tell me for sure?

In the main menu, select Japanese language. You cannot change this in game, so if you are already playing, you will have to save, exit to main menu, change, and load back into your game.

Yes there is an option.

You have to do it from in game menu though. Not from the launcher.

Taking a quick look at the store page, it has

English
Interface - Audio - Subtitles

Japanese
Audio

So it'd still have English interface and subtitles, if by chance Japanese was your first language and that's why you're asking. Voice acting is togglable though.

Yes, you can have jp voice and eng subtitles.
