Has anyone figured out how to force to game to ONLY use/display mouse/keyboard?
So.... I just picked this game up today.. and noticed imediatly that the game keeps trying to 'default' to my X55 HOTAS setup, even though in the options i tell it to use the Keyboard/mouse as the 'primary' input device. This means all visual buttons on the game screen are showing 'joystick' button numbers, rather than keyboard keys. And i have to keep my X55's throttle at the 'middle' slider range, or everything scrolls in the menues, and people/vehicles move on their own.

Has anyone found out what to edit in the config files (im guessing the XML's.) to force it to ONLY accept input from mouse-keyboard, and to not even see / ignore all other input devices?

Have you tried unplugging or otherwise disconnecting the undesired device? I mean, if it isn't connected, it shouldn't be able to use it.

Yeah you should make it a habit to disconnect your flight stick, and any controller of any kind for that matter, when playing games that you don't want to use them on. Because it's not just this game that you're going to run into this issue with, and there's usually not any option avilable other than disconnecting your extra controller.

Are you saving the setting correctly? I have pad plugged in all the time, but setting it to kb/m works fine, all keyboard prompts.

Well, if you click the X button to close it, I think it doesn't save - you have to start the game through it after you change something. When you change key binding or anything else, that saves?

Well you have to do it every time you change a setting and want it to stay that way, yes :x but when you're done with it, you can launch the game directly.
