Nope the game has characters already with established names.

Even if a mod existed for this, every character has at least 1 instance of their default name being said, with voice acting, and most(possibly all?) have 2 or more. When you add them to your roster, when someone who Likes them rescues them from dying, and possibly when they Team Attack with someone they Like.
