Royal Weapons - which mission, which tiers?

After completing the game twice, I've found myself missing just ONE weapon for the 'Excellence in Armament' award... the GSR-10R Sniper-Rifle. Which is a straight middle-of-the-field Royal Weapon award... annoying. If I was missing, say, the GSR-30R, or the earliest model, I'd know which missions to repeat for another shot. But I have no idea which of the missions have a chance of awarding the 10R-model.

Anyone have any idea? I'd hate to waste time repeating a mission, then more time save-scumming until I get a sniper-rifle, only to get the 01R or 20R or something...
