Where can I get the Manga?

Does anyone know where I can buy the Valkyria Chronicles Manga in English? I live in the Netherlands, but as far as I can tell it's only available in French (which I don't speak). I've looked on Ebay and Amazon .com, but apparently it's the same there. Anyone knows how to get it here in English?

Why do you assume it was published in English? Here's a quote from Wikipedia (lol) "Three manga adaptations are made based on the game, two currently released in Japan and France with one only available in Japan." No mention of an English release.

Well I read some bits in English on the internet, so I presumed it's printed in English too...

Anyone can scan the pages, translate them into English, and post them online. That's not the same as an official English release.

Scanlations of the manga are only up to Book 3 of 4 from what I know.
