Alicia who in the game is a caring , intelligent young woman, ist nothing but a stupid tsundere bitc* in the anime and they build in so much stupid crap like the whole love triangle between Alice, Welkin & Faldio. One of the worst anime i watched in my anime fan time and i watched nearly 2000 series in the last 20 years. Avoid like the plague.
(FYI, th game came out first, then the anime)
actually, the Anime made more sense with what happened with the aftermath of Alicia going Valkrur.. in the anime, she was immediately removed from the Militia and inducted into the Military as a senior officer and used as a Human weapon, while in the Game they just leave her as is ignoring her potential the turn the tides of the war.. if you found out a Militia Soldier has god-like powers, you don't just leave them be, you give them an Honorary title and use them as the Military's main weapon
as such, the way the anime handled that aspect makes much more sense
another would be Isara's death.. in the Game, Welkin went to the Funeral and just continued on likle nothing happened, however in the Anime he actually went through a stage of mourning and grief about his Sisters death
the game you get to drive a tank and shoot nazis.
I just thought yesterday that the Empire rather seems like an amalgamation of Prussia and Ancient Rome with just a tiny bit of Soviet Union and Third Reich mixed in.
