It's been a habit of mine that usually and mostly, anything that's dubbed with english VA's tend to be cringe-worthy or just unfitting and ruins the mood or character for me (there are a few exceptions but usually for me, I avoid english).
Obviously, in the end, it's all about your preferences and what you think is more enjoyable/fitting.
Explain why.
(Thats the point of the thread)
The acting is superior. Emotions are delivered better, etc so on. English voice acting is dull.
Everytime I would check youtube for a video on something I was stuck on, it would be in English and it was cringeworthy.
Thats called being a "Weeaboo" By most peoples standards
Some of the best dubs include: Code Geass (The creators themselves said it was better in the dub) Death Note. It got most of its popularity from the dub/ Eureka Seven, is FAR better in the dub, (Examples being Holland's voice)
And Hetalia actually has accents in the dub: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AoAAF84vLso
I rest my case
My favourite japanese voice actor would have to be Yūki Kaji [The voice of Eren Jager and Yukine] Every other voice actor sounds the same. [Not to mention Japan has a fu*cking school for voice acting, that's why they usually sound the same.]
