That map can be done in 2-4 turns (A rank requirement: 4 turns max) depending on your luck (with Lynn). Use Lynn for double atk potential and Marina to counter the enemy snipers.
First turn be sure to clear out the Troopers and the Scout near the enemy base and the enemies behind the hill nearby. Worry about the snipers later.
That's one hell of a weapon too, turns a scout into a killer machine. I did sway between Alicia and Kar8 + the extra CP and Lynn with Ruhm, but the latter prevailed because of the firepower.
