Are there tricks to make this game easier?

Man, didn't even reach chapter 9. It isn't even "hard" yet.

Instead of using cheats, have you tried googling some tutorials? If there's a particular situation what is causing troubles then feel free to ask tips here. I'd be more than happy to help you.

if i try it 1 or 2 or 3 or 20 times with a different strategy i can maybe finish the mission. But i want to crush the enemy now. Infinite AP infinite HP. 1 hit everything. whatever exists

In that case I can now say without a shadow of a doubt that this is not the right game for you.

No, as far as I'm aware there are no trainers nor are there any cheats.

But there are plenty of exploits. You can 1-burst kill tanks with scouts. You can destroy the first boss even before the 2nd stage of the battle begins. You can more or less ignore enemies firing at you with certain orders. All these tricks can be learned. But that requires tiny bit of patience and willingness to learn new things...

Just out of curiosity, could you tell me the battle where you're stuck?

Try leveling up your troops then. Level 20 is their max. You can also improve their weapons/armor later on. If you're in need of EXP/Money you can grind skirmishes as long as you want.

Buttons (by default) F1 and F2 are your friends. The people who made this game always sneak something up in a corner/grass, always asume there's something around the corner/grass.

Mission 4 or 5 it is i think. And like i already said. You dont know me and you dont know what games i already played. I played XCom enemy Unknown. Its not exactly like this game (i even think its easyer. Had less problem with that game than this one) but its similar.

And i know i can level my troops. But im not a fan of grinding for hours to reach a goal. If i want to do this i can just play an Asia Grinder MMORPG

I know which games you have played on Steam, how you have succeeded in them and how long have you played them. But I'm not a stalking type of guy, so no need to dig deeper and check how you played those games (if games have achievements it's relatively easy to check their playstyle). It doesn't mean anything if you have played X-COM. It doesn't tell anything about your logical thinking skills (required in most turn-based tactical games). Anyone can save/load to victory.

Chapter 4 has a bridge, chapter 5 is in forest. Just few minutes ago finished the bridge mission without developing new weapons and without leveling up the soldiers (also used my own house rule: only 1 action per turn per unit). The trick there is that you can easily take the enemy tanks down by blowing up a canister next to the tank and then finishing with a lance (doesn't have to be on the same turn).

Also, the enemy sniper might give some headache. Do you know what is the best defense against snipers? Few inches of concrete wall. Don't walk on the streets like a boss.

Reloading in XCom doesnt work that good.
For some reason the chance to hit the enemy is always the same.
I was loading a mission where i only had 1 person left (was kinda of troll try not for real)
the only chance i had was to finish the last enemy off with 1 hit. Was loading like 20 times with a 90% hit chance. Never hit. Posted this in steam and a lot ppl told me loading game doesnt change the outcome of a shot. So i had to try different weapons, moves and positions.

There was a option for that? Damn. I missed that.

There are alternatives to "save scumming": understanding the game mechanics (not just learning that they exist but how to use them). This reminds me of an old FTL thread where a certain individual was sure the game is , broken, unbalanced and just plain lottery. We asked him to make a gameplay video so that we can demonstrate where he did mistakes. The list we composed was quite long, and he was able to learn through [explained] mistakes. Iirc the very same person made a thread some weeks later that he finally managed to beat the flagship.

Are you able to make and upload videos? Mistakes in Valkyria Chronicles are even more easy to spot than FTL mistakes (which can sometimes look like they're really trivial, like when to cloak the first time with a stealth ship when fighting against an enemy that has attack or beam drones).

In that case I recommend you to watch some gameplay footage on Youtube. I don't recommend you to watch missions you haven't played and I definitely don't recommend you to watch A-rank runs because they typically use tricks you can't use, or are otherwise at least partially harder to do.
