Escape the Forest Snare, 2 turn question

I've read about it somewhere from a player named Busard. The definitive steps are as follows:

Turn 1:
-> Double movement Alicia, kill first Scout leader, moving towards first blue flower while abusing event trigger hitbox.
-> Move Welkin to blue flower event while activating a landmine near starting area, heal self and trigger event, moving towards bridge activating second landmine, end turn in after the bridge, but not blocking the left corner.
-> Double movement Alicia, heals Welkin and move towards second blue flower, evading first light so Welkin doesn't get thrown back.

But when I tried that I encountered two problems. First, I can't abuse the event trigger hitbox of the first blue flower. Many said that the event trigger hitbox is very large, but I don't know how large it precisely. This leads to Alicia not reaching second blue flower in the 1st turn. Second, I can't evade the light with crippled Alicia no matter how I tried.
