She has 51.000 HP (iirc), crazy defense (thus penetration order), she will always "dodge" after the first hit (the first hit of an attack will have full power but the other ones will only do 20% damage) and she will fully heal at the start of her turn. On your side, the VB FW 2 has 500 vsPers, attack weak spot multiplies damage per 3.5, and you only have 15 CPs to kill her (20 CPs minus the 5 CPs for the orders). As you can see, you would need potentials to nearly double your attack power in order to achieve it.
The candidates for this are:
- Generic trooper with Fearless Will and Ultimate Damage (see: https://youtu.be/rUF9NIUFb1g?t=277 ). He can actually kill her in as few as 17 CPs (5 CPs for the orders, 12 attacks) and no randomness is involved (as you can see in the video, Fearless Will can be triggered easily). Only problem is that in order to get generics, you need to kill a lot of your squad.
- Alex with Scout Killer and Ultimate Damage. He will only need a couple Scout Killers to trigger which is a lot less random than the other troopers.
- Nina, Mica, Vyse, Lynn and Jane with their various potentials. They all require a lot of potentials to trigger in their 15 attacks. While Lynn does perform a little better on chapter 7 due to the presence of troopers and her Trooper Killer potential, she would still need a good many hardworkers.
Anyway, it's only doable on NG+ (you can't have a powerful enough flamethrower otherwise) and if you want to do it, either do it with a generic or Alex.
I can't remember off the top of my had whether she can damage Edelweiss or not (whether she uses ~650 vsArmor lance gatling version or the ~80-ish one).
If she doesn't, just move Edelweiss so that enemies can chip her health through poor accuracy while shooting Edelweiss.
If she can damage the tank, it should be possible to put a unit behind the spawn line in advance (so you don't turn around any shocktroopers and scout ace), attack her once to turn her back on Edelweiss and then move the tank to force some enemies to hit her over and over again.
Sure, it will take a LONG time (since she will take 1 hp per bullet that hits, and that will not be too many bullets), but for 3 CP (2 if she can't damage Edelweiss) you might reduce her to any arbitrary low HP value.
... I should really start keeping some saves on hand, geez.
And the dodge coding is irrespective of angle then, I take it? Aka she dodges even when hit from the back? Never really tried to kill her.
Basically what happens if you try to use a machine gun, first hit at normal damage, it triggers the dodge animation, every other hit at low damage. This is why you use flamethrowers to kill her as the first (and only) hit is unaffected.
