Config in the first start of the game

I have configured the game however, I mistakenly left my upper joystick as "X". Is there anyway to reconfigure it? When I start the game now, it doesn't appear anymore.

I unsure as to how you managed to do this as I've not seen a something to disable this, but anyway, right click the game in you steam library and select configure Valkyria Chronicles, that will bring up the config tool for the game and allow you to set your controller how you want.
