Today starts a new EVENT on WOSB where you can earn special rewards, and it lasts 14 days!
If it is done like the Halloween event, you will have to be level 15 captain before you can participate. But that should be doable to reach within the event period. Good luck.

Uh you at least need to finished coastal brotherhood, i checked. a newbie i helped is rank 7 (level 7) and can join the events

Hi thanks for the link, however i cant register the email because the @ button doesnt work in the game menu, weird.

i think you probably need vpn if you are on certain countries in europe
