Mechanics

Code optimization: Smoother gameplay
Randomized rooms: Every playthrough is unique, with completely random rooms and enemies.
Special rooms with obstacles: Overcome challenges to earn big prizes.
Variable floors: The number of floors to reach the boss can change, adding unpredictability.
Camera zoom: Zoom in or out for better exploration or navigation.
Unlimited power-ups: Collect as many as you want, with no limit of 5.
Improved luck system: Luck now affects more elements, such as chest types, special room appearances, enemy count, orb drop chances in chests, and more.
Enhanced pause menu: Access the settings menu during gameplay.

Graphics

Stylized rooms: Every room now features distinct designs and color palettes.
Overhauled interface: Easier to navigate and more intuitive.
Improved lighting: The game is now brighter, with enriched light points that enhance the atmosphere.

Hello everyone, P. Wendler here!✌

I’m thrilled to announce the official launch of my game, set for December 2, 2024! After a lot of hard work and dedication, I’m excited to finally share this experience with you, filled with new content and enhancements.

Here’s what you can expect at launch:

10 Playable Characters: Each with unique abilities, adding variety and new strategies to explore.
60 Power-Ups Added: Boost your gameplay with a wide range of options that make the game even more dynamic.
3 Challenging Bosses: Put your skills to the test with bosses featuring unique mechanics and tough challenges.
5 New Enemies: Adding more variety and difficulty to each level.
Improved Settings System: Quickly and easily adjust preferences for a more personalized experience.
Camera Movement Enhancements: Experience smoother and more responsive camera movement for greater immersion.
Controller Support: Play with a controller and dive into a new way to enjoy the game.

And this is just the beginning! I’ll be releasing free updates in the future to expand the content even further and keep improving the game.

Hello everyone, P. Wendler here!✌

I'm excited to announce that our game is on track for release this year! I'm thrilled to share that I managed to implement something I thought would be impossible: full controller support. The game was developed using an Xbox controller, but it should work just as well with a PlayStation controller. Below are the button configurations for each mode.

Gameplay Button Configuration

Left Analog Stick: Moves the player
A: Use/equip item
Y: Discard item
RB: Shoot
RT: Dash
D-pad Left/Right: Select item
D-pad Down: Open inventory

Menu Button Configuration

D-pad Up/Down: Navigate menu
D-pad Left/Right: Change settings
B: Return to the previous menu
Start: Pause the game

For an enhanced gaming experience, using the controller activates auto-aim, which means the aiming cursor will not be visible when the controller is in use.

How can I know the effect of orbs (so called?) during game?

After opening box, I can find some orbs and equip it by pressing E. However I cannot see the effect of the orbs when collecting. Is there any way to see the effect of the orbs?
