The last time we had a public demo up was for version 0.2, but we've been running multiple closed playtests for every major release during this time and based on often overwhelming feedback of our playtesters, we've implemented a great deal of features and quality of life improvements that eventually resulted in a format we believe is now suitable for public eye.

The bread and butter of this demo is the ladder - a collection of 20 upgrades that unlock special perks and game content. Each upgrade has its own condition that needs to be met in order to unlock the perk and move to the next level.

For experienced players, there's the qualifying round. The first game of the session, that can serve as a shortcut to higher levels, so you don't have to go step by step every time you launch the game, as the progress doesn't carry over between sessions.

The ultimate goal of this demo is to unlock the Avatar. Apart from a fancy particle based Avatar that dances to the rhythm when you Grind, there's one perk experienced players might be especially interested in. The third eye. It follows the rotation of player's cubes and displays a combination that is the shortest route to a Zone Sync, which is an advanced game mechanic that yields the highest score.

There are now four Walker classes, each with four sub-classes inside their own fractals with their own sounds. Once you unlock all of them, you can freely rotate between every single one of them and enjoy the visuals that are part of the game modes not available in this demo. It's especially cool in VR ;-)

For players interested in the full Hypno experience, we suggest to enroll in our playtest program. The first step is to unlock the Playtest Token by scoring above 100k in the Grind mode.
