And I can say with confidence that all the people who say "you just don't know how to play". Or those people who say that there are no cheaters in the game, in fact, with a probability of 99%, they themselves play with cheats. It is not beneficial for them that player complaints and their dissatisfaction reach the developers
There aren't that many cheaters in this game. I have been playing shooters for many years, as a teenager I never used cheats in online games. And i Can say with confidence that all the who say "You just don't know how to play" or those people who say that there are no cheaters in this game, in fact, with a probability of 99%, they themselves don't use cheats. They are just better then you at the game, and you are coping.
Feel free to provide proof of cheats beyond "Im bad and got killed therefore they are cheating".
I remember on pubg people said hackers were rare and that developers said "only 3% of the player base cheats" but then you break it down and in a 100 player lobby that means you *will* have 3 cheaters.
That was several years ago. Cheaters have become way worse in recent years.
Look at rivals, first 3 weeks you could get high ranks playing with your toes, now across the board there is a magical skill increase.
I saw a guy with a 97% win rate and some people like you said he was legit. Be logical.
That’s why I’m playing games like Path of Exile and Monster Hunter Wilds instead of FragPunk. Every match in FragPunk is filled with cheaters, completely ruining the experience. It’s yet another example of a game where the developers seem more focused on pushing out cosmetics and cash grabs rather than actually maintaining a fair and competitive environment. Too many companies these days care more about maximizing profits than delivering a polished, balanced game. Meanwhile, Path of Exile and Monster Hunter Wilds actually respect the player’s time and effort, offering deep mechanics, real progression, and a challenge that isn’t dictated by who’s exploiting the system the most. If a game can’t even handle its cheating problem, then it’s not worth my time. Nothing but failure so far from Marvel Rivals and this game the games always feel janky mouse movement is awful and don't even get me started with matchmaking.
Doesn't matter what game, what mode, if it has any competitive edge people think that EVERYONE who kills them is cheating... simply because everyone has a huge ego and thinks they are better than they are. I have come across 1 person I suspected of cheating and the ONLY reason I think so is she was able to head tap 3 people WHILE spider blinded... the kill cam showed exactly that. Everyone else i've come across, i've watched the kill cam and was like... "oh they heard me..." or something like that.
For everyone in any other game that doesn't have kill cams... this game is a shining example that Kill Cams don't prevent people from crying about cheaters... some people are just to pig headed to believe that someone was better than them.
Yes and how on earth do you block a cheater before they get into the game?
Answer me this... do we need CCP agents in our homes watching over our shoulders when we play to prevent us from cheating?
It's Anti-cheat because, at least in theory, it fights back against cheaters...
The prefix anti means: "against", "opposite of", or "opposed to".
You claiming it's:
Shows you have a limited grasp on both how anti-cheats work and how the English language works.
yea they need to do somethin better honestly gaming nowadays thats fps or battle royale anything for streamers to get money that somehow pops out of the sky is just garbage cause "its all about competitive" its stupid nothin but a money scheme all of it you got probably streamers who cheat on a daily but can get away with it due to having money and being popular they get disregarded by default i just want to play a game an enjoy it like games now are not even worth playing at least thats in those genres and if they have a competitive side like i threw away so many games that i actually loved but i stopped playing due to the devs just not giving a ♥♥♥♥ atrocious needs to be laws around it like you got epic games who got sued like 3-4 times yet they still try to bs people by putting a disclaimer and terms of service they don't even follow they still allow cronus zen players to play there game lol like why is cheating so accepted now its like companies as a whole just want money like if your gonna make a game make it worth it for people to play and do something witht he cheaters rather than post a game up slap a name on it and add battle pass and nothin but pay to get cosmetics and thats all they care about they don't care theres people on the discussion page saying theirs cheaters in the game they just look at it and laugh and be on there way they don't even try anymore but im stickin to better games that aren't competitive and slapped with streamer advertisements just so they get paid atrocious the society we live in people can get paid by people following them on twitch and donating money to them like donate to something worthy not some person behind a computer screen ridiculous all it is, is luck
companies with money or even companies that allow them to put there game on the system or there OS example (Google, Microsoft, Sony) if companies were smart and cared about there players y'know big corporations that allow them to put it on there system they should be implementing AI to actively searching all roots and accesses to a certain program so they can't cheat on it i mean majority of people have programs they pay for to cheat on a game which is pathetic and the other half not knowing how to detect cheaters or even tell if they are cheating its really not hard considering most controller players have whats called a Cronus Zen which btw is not bannable and you can buy it at your local Walmart or you got people who are coders using scripts someone with money and a brain should be able to make this happen a AI system that scans your system periodically throughout you playing the game having access to roots and different binaries and whatever it need to detect someone using a said 3rd party device or application or even noticing code changes and such in the files anti cheat only searches files thats it so every game with anti cheat is not reliable for example the amount of players fortnite has they ban like .2% of players through there anti cheat system every so many weeks or months or whatever they need to implement something more stronger that would benefit games like COD the amount of people reporting hackers and cheaters on there hell theirs even people who interviewed the top hacker on cod hasn't ever been banned still hasn't companies don't want to cause its money they have to invest into but at the same time would you rather lose your most valued players or ban most cheaters through AI which can possibly ban 10x more than what the anti cheats are doing rn like just look at technology its possible just companies need to do it would make gaming way better cause they don't even do hardware bans anymore cause they think its to harsh but ruining everyone elses gameplay apparently is fine also ps btw when your react the way you do to someones comment and be defensive and say they are just bad just indicates your a cheater just saying
