Food source error message?

Hey guys, I keep getting this error message. Anyone know how I can fix it?

Hey everyone,

I just got back to rimworld (modded), and was having fun until my colonist started starving on his own for no reason,

Here's the thing :

-Pawns were all eating on their own

comms console not working?

Tried to turn off «ImTheWorkerNow», but still:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object at RimWorld.FactionManager.<get_AllFactionsVisible>m__2F7 (RimWorld.Faction fa) [0x00000 «Faction Discovery» gives no results. New maps with god-builded comm console works okay – at least at first (even with the mentioned mods). Any ideas how to get rid of it? Really don't wanna start a new game
