Every time I try to load a save or create a game I get the error "object reference not a set instance of an object", I'm unsure whats causing it as with the same mod list I can play the game just

Looking at the log, I notice one thing with the pawn generation errors. They all throw the line:

"Exception: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
number of apples in said stack. It's not finding zero apples, it's finding null.

IE, I ask: "How many apples do you have?" And query a memory address.
And the game responds with: "What's an apple

I found this error, it is somehow related to the population of fractions.
