The only time iv seen this error was a bad def file on an alien race, not defining life stages causing this same kind of tick error.

Occasionally some pawn would become stuck, not moving at all. For some reason this causes intense lag, the likes of which I've never seen on Rimworld. It happens to all pawns except colonists, e.g
