Need help pls ! :( since few day my game got definitely broken,i can't build or deconstruct anythings ,my colon just come and wait to the target,and i got this error each second when i try to build

I have a similar issue as when I click the new colony button, it just pops up the debug log and says 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object' , I don't know what that means and
don't know how to fix it. The only way I can create a new colony is throgh the tutorial, but that dosen't give me a lot of fredom of what I want to do. I tried removing all my mods and it still didn't

and found this error for one of them:
