1.5 Books
Can you chose what books pawns can read or they pick them randomly ?

I dont think letting my pawns increase skills what they dont use is good idea .
Pawns usually focus just on 1 or 2 tasks + fighting so having all stats maxed out will give me no benefits and will just increase strength of raids

You can assign a reading policy under the assign tab. However I have not figure out how to make pawns automatically read instead of doing research for example. It does not seem to be a separate priority box for reading

Reading is a form of recreation (even the textbooks and schematics).
