That was my guess as well. I will keep an eye on her and see what happens.

Muffalo 50 (the one near her head) finished first. Not sure if that is important.

had my first thrupple sort of form on my latest file. i think i must've set 2 or more spouses for both sexes and forgotten. Vznovo and her husband Nerd (both 49 yrs old)were part of my starting 3. Then, Ioke (age 25) who ended up with a great plant skill ended up working alongside Nerd (biosphere manager) often in the day to day.

Then Ioke flirts with Nerd and they become lovers. I was like oh ♥♥♥♥ is Vznovo (who has flirted with other dudes before) gonna be mad? Check, and see no negative moodlets. Then i was like, well, i guess i'll assign Nerd to Ioke's bed to see what happens. First pop he gets her pregnant lol, and once again Vznovo isn't mad and there's no cheating? alert? i guess.

then i got a mod for a triple bed, and noticed Vznovo and Ioke had a penalty for sharing beds. Character Editor is like a bad drug in this game lol, I made Ioke and Vznovo lovers. And not that long ago Vznovo proposed to Ioke.

Not really something i had to deal with in RimWorld lol. sure i power-gamed it a bit but i feel it makes sense in the end, Older couple willingly allows a younger one into their relationship dynamic, and now Ioke is due to have the baby soon. Why not right? Tomorrow we could all get diced up by a wave of scyther bots

It only counts as a threesome if they all do it at the same time.

i actually stumbled upon a mod that allows them to lovin at the same time, i even checked to make sure they all got the moodlet. bit degenerate but hey, its for the colonists, no ulterior motives.

I'm curious, i'd imagine all 3 will take care of Ioke's daughter. too bad for vznovo her fertility is like 5% or lower.
