So basically with psychite tea, you can have them consume at most once every 2 days to be 100% safe, probably what you want only is a condition to only consume if under a certain mood level, this will help keep your colony happier, because pawns will have some means of self-regulating their mod. It is also a good idea to have pawns carry 1 psychite tea around in inventory at all times...during raid preparations if they aren't near your supplies, but have enough time to drink a tea, it will both directly impact their mood during a raid as well as give them 80% rest fall factor, so it will take them longer to get cranky debuffs from being overtired during a long fight.
