Thanks for the answer. Yeah, I allready figured it out.
It is just sad that I've wasted half of the day on searching medival mods and making them work good. Another part of the day I've wasted to create pawns in CE. And now I wanna play my game allready :D
Would be cool if there would be some scenarios with cool buildings, but nope...
I decided to make my own scenario in Warhammer TET setting with castle and dark stuff in WH style :D
The best custom scenarios are the ones you make, in my opinion. Scenarios on the workshop can't add anything you can't yourself, and you know your playstyle better than those other folks do.
Totally agreed, but I just wanna start playing my game allready :D
Instead of another half day wasting on editing/coding/creating spawnable buildings
God mode allows you to insta build your base, spawn thing - stack of - weapon - apparel allows you to spawn supplies.
Sometimes I'm just start like this.
Or there is rimcities mod. Allows you to start in a whole (full map) prebuilt city.
Yeah, but if you made a mistake while you are building a base, there will be resources droped from destroyed object. IDK how to delete it from the ground. But after a few re-buldings there are a lot of usefull stuff on the groudn that makes the game even more unfair. And the most bigest problem for me is that you can't UNreseach your researches back. A lot of decor stuff that I need have to be researched.
In this way the RimWorld's dev+god modes are really poor. Maybe there are some commands that allow you unresearch back and delete drops from a map. IDK
Don't use Deconstruct while in God mode. Use instead the "Destroy" command from dev commands menu. That won't leave any useful debris behind.
The other thing about researches ...
I don't really understand what you mean...
You don't need to research anything.
God mode allows you to build non researched buildings, furniture, decor. Anything in building tab.
If you mean something craftable, just use one of the Spawn commands. You can spawn any item. Even minified buildings.
Devmode almost flawless in RimWorld.
You only need to learn how to use it. Experience with the different commands. You can't make it "wrong". Make a new save, call it Experiment, and play around with the commands
Oh, thanks for the tip!
I didn't noticed that all furniture, decor are available for build without any researching :D
I'm using devmode many times to set up specific scenarios. 😁
Or to test some mods.
