Bookcases missing from the build menu.

For some reason, I can't find the new base game bookcases and also can't copy them as buildings (and perhaps there are other structures I don't know about as well.) I'm only able to spawn them in with the debug menu and install them in places. Suspect it's a mod, but can't for the life of me start guessing as to which one that might be.

Do you have the research done that is required to use them? (Complex Furniture)

Seconding, it sounds like you don't have the required research completed. Activate dev mode then god mode and see if it becomes available to build; if so, it's a research thing.
