1 click to assign to all is WAY more convenient and I honestly don't understand why that's so hard to understand.
EDIT: NVM it only works for home zone and I use Numbers tab mod.
Oh... And I usually don't want to assign all of them to the same zone. Some goes to the safe zone, some goes to animal safe zone. Others goes to attack zone, doctors to the hospital zone. This is already more work with clicking. I'm just click and drag. Way more ez.
I am glad it is fine for you, I really am but for example I too share OP's sentiment and find it very tedious. Both is equally valid and if OP/others ask for a better way then "it is fine for me" is not exactly helping anyone or anything =/
1: I'm suggested the click and drag way. Op talked about 1 click on every pawn. You would be surprised, how many players don't know they can click & drag settings in RW.
2: You started to talk about how tedious this method, when you have many pawns, and told:
" I honestly don't understand why that's so hard to understand."
(Note: in this context, you were the one who tried to force his opinion on others...)
3: we are at my prev post, where im just explained, why "hard to understand" your statement.
Don't take my post out of the whole conversation, this is so western - liberal. See / show the whole picture.
But, to summarize my statement again:
One don't need to click on every pawn / animal to assign zones. You can click and drag. I'm find this mechanism working fine for me.
I personally (won't include OP now as to not speak for others) don't find this a convenient solution. The request of other solutions than just "deal with the available ones" is still valid. Anyway, subjective points posted, no need to further dispute about purely opinional things imo.
But mechs don't appear there ?
