As shown in the screen shots both out in daylight obviously has penalty
but target under roof but still outside also has penalty unless kind of close to mountain?
shooter under mountain with target outside is penalty
but shooter and target inside unroofed during daylight is no penalty or buff
but if the target moves to near mountain it becomes a buff.

Ya it's a bit of an odd ball dark combat. Usually I wait for a sunblocker to tag dark combat of the precepts on. Do remember those dark light and combat darkness preferred precepts don't actually require the darkness meme anyway. All darkness as a meme does is Eclipse Beautiful and Mining Specialist. Really a waste of a meme slot as it often just goes with tunneler anyway. Like an annoying number of memes actually, just dead weight.
