Operating on Ghouls
How do you install the upgrades on them I go to the operating menu but it does not go to a bed or anything. Just says not ready for surgery

Just had the same issue, ended up doing this : dev mode > Debug actions menu > Add Hediff > Anesthetic and I was able to place him in a bed and operate.

just a heads up for anyone with the same issue, by default they are set to doctor care no medicine, but a minimum of herbal is required to do the surgery. change that and as long as you have an available medical bed, you should be able to do the surgery

make sure your ghoul can access the hospital bed if they're restricted by "allowed area"

Speaking of ghouls, is there any reliable way to track them?

They don't appear as colonists but I haven't checked the animal tab. Having them wander off when I need to keep track of them to make sure they feed is a tad annoying.

The Z key (or the little magnyfing glass icon on bottom right of screen) is the new searsh function for the game. While not perfect for ghouls tracking, it's a way to do it ^^

Better then nothing!

Thanks, I hope there are some ghoul improvements in the future as I find them neat but the shambler I hear tends to be better.

Can't you just double click their icon up top?

I didn't see them up there, if your saying there is an icon for them then I assume I have a mod conflict.

Not unexpected.

Ya they should just be up there like any colonist would be.

Ya it was automatic night owl causing the issue.
